How do I know this?

Instead of dry theory — years of practice

Before Koci Zakątek was established, I worked as a volunteer in local animal welfare organizations. I actively socialized stray animals and watched fearful, withdrawn cats or those with difficult pasts come out of their shell. I saw firsthand how a closed-off pet transforms when given the right conditions and time, and how a cat showing aggression can—with proper support—build a healthy relationship with a human.

As a cat café owner, every day I integrate new cats with each other and with dozens of strangers. This isn't just theory—it’s a living, dynamic ecosystem where you have to read feline signals to perfection and react before a situation escalates. We welcome animals with all kinds of backgrounds under our roof. Some of them are only just learning how to interact with humans and other cats, which demands constant vigilance and deliberate, conscious work on my part.

Since the end of 2023, when Koci Zakątek was established, I have helped find loving homes for over 60 cats from our café. These dozens of completed adoptions represent dozens of happy stories and a wealth of practical experience in matching feline personalities with new families. I now pass this knowledge on to Owners who are facing challenges with their own four-legged companions.

During my multi-year adventure in the feline world, I have come to know dozens of unique personalities. I’ve observed deep cat friendships, as well as open antipathies. Every single cat and every situation related to them has taught me something. Now, I want to pass this knowledge on to Owners who are struggling with issues involving their purring friend or simply want to care for them even better and more consciously.

I backed my experience with solid education—I completed the "Zoopsychologist/Cat Behaviorist" course at the Polish Academy of Zoopsychology and Animal Therapy, earning a PAZiA Certificate and License confirming my professional qualifications. I constantly update my knowledge and improve my skills by participating in numerous webinars and training sessions.

This is 30 days of unlimited asynchronous support (meaning without scheduling specific hours), available exclusively as an add-on to one of the five main packages. You can send videos of your cat's behavior and receive ongoing adjustments to the plan. I respond on business days within 24 hours. Cost: PLN 120/month — this service is not sold separately.
The price starts at PLN 150 and depends on the size of the apartment and the complexity of the project. After analyzing your space, I determine the exact quote before starting the work.
The S.O.S. consultation lasts up to 2 hours. It also includes structured email support (follow-up questions after 7 days and a progress report after 30 days), and if needed, you can purchase an additional visit for PLN 200. The Cat Layette package takes 90 minutes. The Cat Happiness Audit ranges from 45 minutes. The Safe Cat Introduction package includes two separate visits—the first before adopting another cat, and the second during the socialization process.
