Bazylia is about a year old and likes to watch the world from a safe distance. She needs a calm person who will patiently help her break the ice.
One-year-old Zosia is still waiting, while her siblings have already found homes. She is shy, but once she feels safe she becomes an incredibly sweet and devoted companion.
Panda is around 5 years old and adores people (and backpacks!). She needs time to trust other cats, but gets along fine with gentle companions.
Brusia is about 3 years old and came to us from allotment gardens together with her kittens. She is shy and still learning to trust people, but there is not a trace of aggression in her. Once she feels safe, she shows her cheerful, playful side. She is waiting for a patient person who will help her truly blossom.
Oreo is a 9-year-old tomcat with a huge heart. He is blind in one eye, but that does not stop him from being the biggest cuddle-bug in the café. He loves jumping onto laps, adores being stroked and gets along easily with other animals. Give him a chance and you will gain the most loyal, purring friend.
Szafirek is a curious young tomcat of about 8 months who came to us with his siblings Rubinek and Perełka. He is the bravest of the bunch and happily explores the café with the other cats. He is still building trust in people, but during play he forgets all about keeping his distance and happily chases the wand toy.
Perełka is an 8-month-old cat, sister of Rubinek and Szafirek. She loves carefree play and is still a little shy with people. But she is making great progress every day and growing braver. Give her a little time and you will gain a wonderful friend!
Rubinek is an 8-month-old tomcat with a wild streak, brother of Perełka and Szafirek. This young rebel loves good food and the company of other cats more than anything. He is still afraid of people for now, but with patience and love he has every chance to open up. If you have room in your heart for a cat who needs time, Rubinek is waiting for you.
Kitku is a tomcat of about 4 who has fought neurological FIP. Because of that he walks in his own, charmingly clumsy way, which only adds to his appeal. He is an incredibly loving, sweet cuddle-bug who craves human closeness. He will thrive in a home that loves him for his wonderful character. Give him a chance and come and meet him!
Ryszardzik is an exceptionally gentle cuddle-bug who loves snuggling in your arms, spending time on your lap and playing with his person. He is very well-behaved and happily accepts other cats. Having won his fight against FIP, he is fully ready to find his dream home. Open your heart to him — Ryszardzik cannot wait to meet you!

The cats you meet at Koci Zakątek come to us from the Szczecin Society for the Protection of Animals (TOZ), from ZTZ and from smaller organisations. We are their foster home: they live in the café, and the café covers all their care costs — vet, food, rehabilitation. Depending on the cat, the adoption is handled by us, TOZ or ZTZ. It always starts with a conversation on site. Read more about why we are a foster home.
We want every cat to go to a truly loving home.
During your visit we will talk about your lifestyle, your experience with cats and your expectations — and help you find the right cat.
We visit your home to make sure it is safe and suitable for the cat — a standard step taken for the animal’s sake. As we visit in person, ask us whether we can arrange it at your address.
After a positive check, the cat moves in with you together with an adoption contract. A new chapter begins!
